2010 FALL CONFERENCE & EXPO

The Carolinas Parking Association is accepting presentation proposals for the 2010 Fall Conference and Expo. Experienced and articulate individuals willing to share their expertise and real world practices in one or more the following areas are invited to submit presentation proposals.

Environmental/Sustainable

Transit
Alternative Transportation (TDM)
Security
Technology
Workforce/Personnel Management
Architecture/Design

Presentations which illustrate case studies, illuminate important issues, bring “how to” knowledge and increase the professional levels of those attending the conference are particularly valued. Presentations which spotlight or promote a specific product or service will not be considered.
Selected presenters will have their conference registration fees waived. Presenters do not receive speaking fees or reimbursement for any expenses.
The Presentation Proposal Evaluation Process:
CPA’s goal is to choose speakers who can effectively communicate their message to a variety of audiences. Proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria.

Overall quality
Well-defined focus
Timeliness and relevance of topic
Practical application of material
Presentation skill of the proposed speaker(s)
Applicability to a national audience
Quality of written proposal
