What Should I Wear?

Our conference attendees usually wear business casual clothing during most of the conference.  For the Tuesday evening opening reception, casual dress is appropriate.  We encourage resort wear including Hawaiian shirts and flip-flops during our Thursday evening outdoor poolside celebration.

Annual Golf Outing

Those who are registered to play golf in our annual golf outing on Tuesday morning will enjoy a great day of golf and networking with industry colleagues at the Pine Lakes Country Club.  Shuttle service between the hotel and the golf course will be provided, thanks to EnSight Technologies.  Details will be emailed separately to registered golfers and is available in our conference app.

Tuesday Evening Opening Reception

Kick-off the conference by socializing with friends and colleagues at the Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing at our Opening Reception sponsored by Cleanstreak!  Enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres, great drinks, yard games, and a lakeside view surrounded by shops and attractions.  Shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the brewery, courtesy of Parking Guidance Systems.  Details are available in our conference app.

Wednesday Evening on Your Own

While our conference schedule is packed full of outstanding educational sessions, roundtables, industry panels, great food and entertainment, and quality time with our vendors and sponsors, occasionally it's nice to have some time to yourself.  Enjoy Wednesday evening on your own schedule!  Grab a few colleagues and go out to dinner, stay at the resort and eat at the Ocean Blu Restaurant and Lounge, relax poolside or on the beach.  It's up to you!  Need a few more ideas?  Check out the link below!

Thursday Evening Main Event

Take some time to unwind, relax, and network with industry colleagues at our poolside main event on Thursday evening.  Enjoy great food & music in a relaxed, beachfront atmosphere with the ocean air and sound of waves crashing in the background.

CAPP Points

New for 2023, our conference educational sessions have been certified as CAPP point eligible!  Each session is worth 1 CAPP point if fully attended.  You'll be able to check-in at each session via the association app to log your participation.

Support Our Community

Each year, the association chooses a local charity to support during our conference.  This year, the association has chosen  Fostering Hope of Conway, SC.  This local charity provides support to children who are starting over in a brand new environment for various reasons.  Details and the ability to donate can be found by following the link below.  Thank you in advance for your support!
