Regulatory Capital Rule: Paycheck Protection Program Lending Facility and Paycheck Protection Program Loans

 FORM TEXT:

The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) intended to provide bridge capital and save businesses, needs an amendment to help make funds available to the parking industry. Parking was a $131 billion industry, directly employing 581,000 workers—many hourly wage earners. Approximately 300,000 have been cut—putting employees at risk of permanent job loss—if parking companies fail.

Please amend the PPP to include the parking NAICS code 921930 and consider our proposed amendments attached in a file upload to this public comment.

 Thank you for your consideration.
