Scenario based training is the most effective and practical way to teach and verify knowledge and skills paramount to an effective staff. Yet it is still not consistently used in the parking and transportation industry. I will cover the definition, purpose, and advantages of moving to all scenario based training throughout your organization. Interactive discussion will focus on a short case study discussing rubrics, measurement scales and evaluation of the training session. The target audience is anyone responsible for training, orientation or supervision of training / staff development.
