Geoffrey Posluszny (Walker Consultants)

Geoff Posluszny brings over three decades of experience in the parking industry, with deep expertise in Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) and Automated Parking Guidance Systems (APGS). Before joining Walker nine years ago, Geoff spent more than 20 years working with various parking vendors across multiple regions in the U.S.A. as a consultant. Geoff focuses on the design, specification, and implementation of PARCS and APGS solutions. He champions operational efficiency and innovation by integrating advanced technologies such as Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) and frictionless systems like License Plate Recognition (LPR). During his tenure as a vendor, Geoff held leadership roles across management, sales, and service operations. He also founded and led his own parking operations firm and PARCS distributorship, gaining firsthand experience in both strategic and operational aspects of the business. Geoff is a passionate advocate for CPMA and firmly believes in its mission to foster knowledge-sharing, professional development, and relationship-building within the parking industry. As a Board Member, Geoff would bring tremendous value. His technical acumen and operational experience would help shape relevant and forward-thinking seminar topics and training programs. His dual perspective—as both a vendor and consultant—would support CPMA’s growth through strategic marketing and business development initiatives. Additionally, his strong grasp of the financial realities of parking and business operations would be instrumental in maintaining the fiscal health of a nonprofit organization. Geoff holds certifications as a Certified Parking Professional and a Parking, Transportation, and Mobility Professional from IPMI.
