This familiar concept can be applied to parking organizations via “Rounding” as a way to create employee engagement and help promote a safe and positive culture. The presenter of this session utilized this practice while at Penn State. It was an effective leadership tool that fostered organizational improvement, professional growth for team members, and greatly enhanced the healthy culture of the department. Givens possesses 20+ years of leadership experience and 27 years of transportation experience, with 18 of those years being within the parking industry.
