About the Roundtable

Join us for the College & University Roundtable, a laid-back session for anyone involved in campus parking and transportation. Whether you’re running the show, part of the team, or just interested in how things work on campus, this is a great space to swap ideas, share challenges, and learn what others are doing. It’s all about real talk with people who understand the ups and downs of campus operations.

Meet Our Moderators 

Leeisha Williams, Event Parking Manager, UNC Charlotte
With nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, Leeisha Williams brings a wealth of strategic expertise to her role as a virtual roundtable moderator. Currently serving as the Event Parking Manager at UNC Charlotte, Leeisha has spent the last 12 years refining complex logistical operations and enhancing the campus experience.
Her distinguished career includes a high-stakes tenure as the former Parking & Transportation Manager for the Kansas City Royals, where she mastered the art of high-volume event management. Known for her deep institutional knowledge and professional poise, Leeisha is a seasoned leader who excels at fostering engaging, insightful dialogue among industry peers. Participants can expect a discussion rooted in practical wisdom and decades of proven success.

Syreeta Cox, Compliance and Events Manager, University of South Carolina
University of South Carolina’s Parking and Transportation Services, joining the department in 2024. She holds a Master of Business Administration and brings over 15 years of experience in the parking industry.
Prior to USC, she spent nine years as Operations Manager for the City of Miami Beach and four years with ParkIt! for the City of Charlotte.  At USC, she oversees a team dedicated to customer service, communication, and community across more than 50 surface lots and 13 parking garages, totaling approximately 18,000 spaces.
She serves as a University Staff Senator, holds a PECP certification, is a 2026 Parksmart Advisor, and is the recipient of the 2026 IPMI Professional Excellence Award for Operations.
