For Attendees:

Our 2024 Conference and Expo will feature over 30 of the parking and transportation industries' top vendors as they display their products and services in the expo hall.  Blocks of time will be allocated in the conference schedule to spend time with the vendors.

Exhibit Booth:
Your conference registration as an exhibitor will include the following:

  • 6’ table
  • folding chairs
  • Pipe and drape creating a 10’x10’ space

Any additional needs such as power, network (outside the conference center’s provided public WiFi), is the responsibility of the vendor and can be arranged in advance by contacting:

Shipping and Receiving:
Due to limitations in secured storage space, the Hotel will only accept packages as follows:

Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 3 business days prior to group arrival and will be marked with the following:

Handling Costs:

  • $5.00 for every 25 lbs. incoming/outgoing packages
  • $25.00 per hour labor fee (with a 4-hour minimum) for handling boxes.  
  • $10.00 per day storage fee for packages received more than 3 days in advance
  • Hotel must have prior notification of all incoming packages
