Treasurer

Pamela Corbin, MSA, CAPP has over 23 years of parking management experience.  She worked as the Parking Administration and Planning Manager for the City of Orlando where she was responsible for management and leadership of the business, financial, marketing, enforcement, contract management and transportation planning functions of the Parking Division and Enterprise Fund with 130 employees.  She retired from Orlando in 2020 when accepting the Parking Services Manager for her hometown of Greenville SC. 

Pamela retired from the military (8 years active duty and 16 years reserves) in 2018 after 24 years of service, with her last tour of duty as the Finance Director for CENTCOM Contracting Command in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. She served on the Florida Parking and Transportation Association Board for 14 years in several positions to include Treasurer and two (2) terms as President.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for IPMI and Chairs the Conference Planning Committee for IPMI. Pamela is a valued and active board member of CPMA and serves on many committees. 

She obtained her master's degree in public administration from Central Michigan University while serving on active duty.
