Geoffrey Posluszny is a parking technology and operations consultant in Walker Consultants’ Charlotte, NC office specializing in Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS), Automated Parking Guidance Systems (APGS), Electric Vehicle Charging Systems (EVCS), planning studies, supply and demand analysis, and is a member of Walker’s Planning, Operations, and Technology Group. During his time at Walker, he has consulted on numerous PARCS, APGS, and EVCS specifications, procurements, and contract administration projects.
Geoff is accredited as a Certified Parking Professional (CPP) by the National Parking Association (NPA) and a Parking, Transportation & Mobility Professional (PTMP) by the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI).
He has been “parking cars” for over 30 years and has done so in Denver, Co, New Orleans, LA, Western New York (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse), and Raleigh and Charlotte, NC. Geoff has been in management and commercial operations, sales and service of parking equipment, and even headed up his own parking operations firm and a PARCS distributorship.
