Information for Exhibitors 
Your conference registration as an exhibitor will include the following:

Folding chairs
Pipe and drape creating a 10’x10’ space

Any additional needs, such as power, network (outside the conference center’s provided public WiFi), are the responsibility of the vendor and can be arranged in advance by completing a Crowne Plaza Exhibitor Electrical/Shipping Form (download here).

Boxes cannot be received by the hotel more than three business days before arrival.
